This is a course designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the Facilities Manager with particular emphasis on the strategic perspective of service delivery. The focus is on enabling you to communicate effectively with Senior Management and develop and build effective relationships with suppliers and the FM Team. It consists of tutorial delivery combined with a series of workshops for each element of the course. This is coupled with regular interaction between the tutors and the delegates.

This is a course designed to cover the essential elements of Facilities Management and aid the Facilities Managers in their day to day operational delivery of services.
This is a half day course is designed to help, aid and support staff whose duties include being involved with front of house responsibilities, such as Receptionists, Switchboard staff, Security and Administration Support staff. This can include people who are new to reception duties, experienced staff who would like to refresh their skills, and those who provide cover on occasion.
IWFM – Level 3 Qualification
Provides the learner with broad and practical details of the knowledge & skills needed to deliver a professional workplace & facilities management service. Each qualification you complete requires a work based assessment to be submitted.
