Pat Gaughan has over twenty years’ experience working at a senior level in Facilities Management both in Ireland and abroad.
Most recently he has worked for CBRE as an Account Director in EMEA. Pat has also worked for a variety of blue chip companies such as Aviva, Virgin Media, Bilfinger and the National Museum.
Pat is an experienced and qualified tutor and has previously delivered FM courses for BIFM.
Pat has an Honours degree in European Studies and Law from UL and is a Qualified Lead Auditor. He is currently Chairman of BIFM Ireland.
Kate O’Connor is a Senior Consultant with Talent Partners where she is responsible for managing and growing the FM division within the business.
Kate brings a wealth of knowledge to this role with 20+ years FM industry experience in account management and service delivery for both Irish and International clients.
Her past experience in delivering global operations, developing strategic focus and managing high performance teams, enable her to truly understand the unique requirements of the FM sector.
Denis Egan is the owner and Managing Director of Weston Facilities Services Ltd.
Denis is an experienced Executive Manager with a background covering different industries and market sectors, including Telecoms, Datacentres, Commercial, Bio/Pharma, Medical Devices and Public Sector.
Denis is a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues on operations management, procurement, sales and marketing, building services, facilities and real estate management. Denis is an expert in identifying, allocating, minimising and managing all levels of risk through implementation of measured performance against appropriate agreements, both internally and with external vendors.
Denis has over 15 years’ experience in Bid/Tender and Contracts Management, implementing systems to positively manage relationships with suppliers, customers, end-users and internal relationships with colleagues and stakeholders also.
With a degree in Engineering (UCD) and an MBA (DCU) Martin is a Certified Facilities Manager (BIFM) and has worked in the Facilities Management Sector in Ireland and the UK since 1990.
Having been awarded the Smiths Testimonial Prize (IEI) in 2000, Martin has been involved in reshaping the FM industry in Ireland, having started his own business in 2000, which was subsequently floated on the London and Dublin stock-markets in 2005. Following an extensive period of M&A activities, the business was sold in 2009 for €53million. Martin left the business and has been involved with Private Equity and Investment in over 15 companies since then, as well as serving on the BIFM Committee since 2014.
